Hi everyone,
Please accept my sincerest apologies in regards to our outage overnight. I had attempted to upgrade our vbulletin software but the files contained in the upgrade download had somehow overwritten quite a few of the configuration files for our website. I have updated our software many times before without so much as a hiccup but for some reason this last one went terribly wrong. I will spend some time checking into what happened so this does not get repeated in the future.
I was able to restore key files from my personal backup and this brought the website back online. However, just to be on the safe side, I am going to have our webhost restore all of my original files today. As a result, we may experience a brief downtime as J.T., our webhost guy, attempts to restore the files. If we do go offline, it will only be for 15-20 minutes at the most.
