and I did......

So, I said, "Oh cool! You passed your previous record!" Then, I kept going. I just kept playing, and then all of a sudden, "OMG! I've hit 80,000!" So, I thought to myself, {I wonder if I can hit 100,000?} And then, I hit 100,000. :twitcy:

20 minutes later, I hit 197,000!!!! HOLY COW! I've never hit 197,000 in ANYTHING in my life! Not even my 14-year old Honda Accord has hit 197,000! :swoon:

My fingers and eyes seriously needed a break after that. :err: There is no way on God's green earth that I will ever come close to that score again (or come close to the previous score that I had).

That's great. Congrats. It's hard to stop once your score gets that high. I bet your fingers were flying. Kim

I am in complete shock, I tell ya! After I hit my previous score, I couldn't get past 15,000 for the longest time. Then, last night, I just got in "a groove" and kept going and going. I'm just as completely surprised as anyone else.

You're right, Kim. The blocks were just fitting into place.

Tetris is the one I keep trying -- I'd be thrilled to hit 20,000 on it!

Ethel - you are too funny. Every time I see or hear about the tetris game I think of my brother. When he was in Saudi for the Gulf War he said they played alot of gameboy games, etc. He was stuck on tetris and said he had to quit because he kept dreaming he was in the game. :) Are you there yet?

No, not now. But, I *was* back in college. Back then, I had no money to rubber stamp, knit, scrapbook or any hobby for that matter. So, when I had extra time, I either read John Grisham novels or played on my Gameboy. Playing Tetris made my mind relax. I used to play for hours (well, two hour spans).

That's really great Ethel. When I made over 10,000, I think I was doing well. I think I can safely say, your going to be the high champion for a very very very long time.
