not sure where this goes, but on the home-page you can look and see how many users are on line and who they are...have you noticed the names lately--quite a few can't even be pronounced. I don't mean to insult anyone, but are they real people? or hackers? or what??? I know I'm not a teckie--but I always wonder about that. I've sent a couple of messages but no answer...am I just imagining this??:GEEK:

What is everyone up to? It's Saturday already. I will be doing some laundry today. I will return to work on Monday so I got get stuff done. I will be getting some stamping time in sometime today. Tomorrow is Mother's Day so I imagine a lot of people are busy with that. We will go out for lunch with our friends even tho I am only a mother to furry things.:huh:

to make cute wrappers to place around candy bars. I am going to put a few on my table at the craft fair and see if they will sell.

Any suggestions, any cute sayings for certain bars? I am so appreciative for any help you might can lend.

Never give up submitting those cards you have designed to the stamping magazines.

This morning the July edition of Scrap and Stamp Arts arrived in the mail, and yes it was a complimentary issue because I had a card in the Readers Showcase gallery.

I was amazed really because this particular card must have been made at least a good 12 months ago if not longer.

As the old saying goes " you never know what might happen if you don't try"!

for those attending the mass heirloom show..if you want to make some fun paper flowers..like the ones I have been making and you don't know how..here is a supply list, well i might add to it, but here are the basics.

flower dies, punches..and a machine if bringing dies
large stylist( a rounded paint brush handle can work too..or an empressor if u have one)
sun punch if you have one
mouse pad..the spongy foam backed kind
some sort of a hard rounded tool.. I'll post a pick of the one i have..or some tooth pick or wood skewers
cardstock
buttons, brads, or gems..for flower centers
glue..I have been using a hot glue gun mostly, but bring whatever glue you want to use.

ok I may add to the list if I learn something new. and I will post a pic of some of teh tools I am using , maybe tomorrow.

this is the first time in 16 years he has gone out out with me to a bar to hear a band. I thought he would back out but he didn't. he likes this local band and teh band leader (Vinnie) is married to Jolene a girl gary grew up with and he really likes both of them,,so when we heard they were playing a small venue..out we went.it was funny Vinnie saw us come through the door and his face lit right up. we had a great time and we were home by midnight, here is a pic,,I know he's not smiling in the pic but he did have fun
