I have been seeing so many amazing things that this tool can do and it doesn't seem to have a wait list currently so I went ahead and ordered one! I haven't made a card in months and months, too much going on between getting moms house ready to sell and getting our cottage in order. Hopefully I'll have this in time for the one day stamp workshop I'm going to next month and I can crank out some cards!

Idon't know what a misti is either, but it sounds fun, I will haVE to see if i can google one. who makes it? where did you buy it?

I ordered it from www.mysweetpetunia.com The Misti is the owners original idea. I had seen a lot about it on the Gingerwood board, Jennifer McGuire has a video with her top crafting tools for 2014 here- http://www.jennifermcguireink.com/20...giveaways.html at about 5:50 into it she shows the Misti. I have seen several other videos using it and thought why not. I actually did get a little ahead of myself since I have mostly wood mount stamps still and it doesn't work for them! Ideally cling mount stamps which is what I have the least of, if I had really given it some thought I might have held off but, we live once!

I just watched a couple of videos. It's like a huge stamp -a-ma-jig positioner crossed with a stamp press. Great idea!

I did use it a little back in April when I went to the workshop. I guess I fell prey to hype mentality, really wish I'd saved my money. I haven't used it since, although in fairness I have done no stamping since then. Too much was going on this summer between emptying moms house and getting our cottage set up. Thank heavens I made my Christmas cards then cause I'd be buying some otherwise. Guess my mojo really did take a very extended vacation, just have not had any inclination to do any crafting. :(
I just purchased the cutterpillar paper trimmer. Saw a demo at stamp show earlier this year. So a couple of weeks ago I ordered it. I am going to try it out today I hope!
Paula, be sure o let us know how you like it. my paper trimmer is needing replaced very soon..poor sucker is worn right out..lol

I am returning the paper trimmer. It left some jagged edges with cardstock. Plain printer paper is ok, but the heavier cardstock (even Michaels) brand left some rough edges.
So I probably will just get another Martha Stewart one-I have had the best luck with them.
