I need to contact someone about the autorenewal....I just got charged 24.00...I was already paid at 12.00 PLEASE HELP!

This seems to be happening a lot lately. Our suggestion is to put in a support ticket or there was something about help through Paypal. Maybe it was in the thread from either Joanie or Suzi that someone mentioned it. Sorry you got dinged double, it'll get fixed, Missy. Just might take a few days.

You need to submit a support ticket letting them know what happened. Just click support up on the bar towards the top of your page.

Did you pay by Paypal? If so, please dispute the $24 charge.

I did a dispute thru paypal on my double billing.....no response to that EITHER!!!
