Do we have mail service today?
Our newspaper said our banks are closed today but they did not mention the post office so i am wondering if we get mail today.
Does anyone know?

Don't know, the library is closed.
Brian works at Citibank and he has to work! But it's a floating holiday so he's taking the day after thanksgiving.
Your kids get all sorts of days off of school.
OH I bet there's mail today but not tomorrow, Isn't tomorrow actually Veterans Day? I doubt there would be no mail for 3 whole days in a row would there? If so we all should be getting sooooo much come Monday

Our banks are open here..
and all the government offices too. Yes I am writing from work, shhhh. I think most people feel we are closed, it has been very quiet today. Our schools are closed today, but they announced it as a Teacher's Duty Day.

We had school today and got mail. I have no idea if the banks are open 'cause it's not payday-Friday. I suspect the reason we did not get a Vet Day holiday is because we started school so late! I think they're trying to make up as many days as they can. Now, the week of T'giving, we go on Monday & then are off the rest of the week. Weird.
