New Workout!

I finally started to put the new walk path by my home to use tonight!
Our little town is looking out for all the outdoors people, and they put a very nicely paved walk path, right outside my door! Maybe they are trying to tell me something, hummmmm??

No seriously, I have been rehabing my shoulder (yes still a year later) Don't ever do anything to your shoulder, it sucks! Anyway, we are working a ton of strengthening exercises, and my top half is getting very fit while the lower half is in need of a few inches of gathering their stuff and getting out of dodge!

Too bad none of you ladies live nearby, I could sure use a walking buddy.

A very nice view of the lake along the path. Except for the cow smell it is very nice.
Today my walk is going to be through the car show downtown.
Our town is full of classic cars, about 500 of them, and they close main steet for the occasion.
