Try Baby Wipes on your stained stamps. I have and it gets a lot of the black off.
Sometimes it gets it all off. If I am lucky.

Oh my! l have not heard of this and had bought this cleaner only yesterday, l'm so glad this came up. l have been useing soap and warm water and the clark said l should use this cleaner it's better. l think l'll stick with my soam and warm water
