Exercise Tracker for January 08
Ok, only a couple of you responded on that thread, but I'm going to do it anyway!
If it helps me the way I think it will, maybe it'll help someone else too.
So just copy the list of dates I put below and make your own post, and come back and edit it as you go
No hand slaps if you slip up, but you might find a little surprise in your mailbox if you do good

01: Sick
02: Went back to work sick
03: Went to work still feeling crummy
04: Starting to feel better -- Danced while doing the laundry
05: Up and down the stairs; danced a little and did the twist until I was out of breath.
06: Went to church...made lunch...took a 3 hour nap (I'm very lazy on Sundays.)
07: Back at work all day....a few crunches while sitting upright at my desk
08: Home sick--again--laundry/up-down stairs; nap; exercising my fingers on this thread; maybe I'll take a walk in a little while since it's 70 degrees outside.
