In need of a favor

Hi ladies,

Can some of you log into the chat room to let me know if you are able to access it? Some users are reporting that they cannot log in. I want to see if it is a site wide problem or something on their end.

I'm specifically interested to see if users from the "Shack Member" group can log in.

I can't either. Either I'm putting in the wrong password (which I don't think I am) or it is denying me too.

I can't get in either, and I could before. It's asking for a username and password.

Thank you all so much ladies...I will have to reload the chat software. There are no settings to tweak so I think that when I changed the usergroups this morning, something must have gotten flubbed up. Not sure what as I didn't touch anything to do with the chat room.
