PLEASE Don't show my DH my ticker. He has never known my real weight and will never know it. I have enough problems with him making fun of me cos I'm short, don't need to add round to the equation.
I know that the holidays are upon us and the temptaion will be strong to over indulge so I am being realistic by looking at after Christmas to really start. With so many of us working together I think it's a sure bet that some excess pounds will be shed.
