Is there anyone going to the actual WW meetings?

My mom goes and she said there is a brand new program that starts next week so I am curious to see what the difference is between what i am doing now and the new program.

I plan on starting in January. I have NO will power to make it through the holidays. And I do have to attend the meetings for support.

Yes, I go and they did say that a new program will start on December 11th--so I'm curious about it too! I'm hoping that it will help "jump start" me again--I've kind of stalled out!

I go every week, but sometimes just to weigh in. I guess this week I'll be sure to stay for the whole thing.

Great. I really want to know what they have changed ... I may have to go back to the meetings myself. I think I do much better when I have to pay the $12 for the meetings .... although DH says he just doesn't understand why I can't weigh here for free which i do but still!!

Sherry I know having to pay the $13 each week motivates me plus having the group support really helps. lisa
