Thread: A link back to the shack

A link back to the shack

Do we have a link that we can put on our blogs that comes back to the shack? I mean one that is a clickable icon or blinkie with a code. I'm updating my blog and would love to add something like this. I have them for craft critique and fiskateers if you want to look to see what I mean. Thanks.

And a smaller blinkie (with a darker border). This one should fit on most blog sites.

you have to upload it to an image hosting site...

    such as photobucket . com

and someone who knows html codes has to tell us in plain english how to write the code over the top of the uploaded images code so that if people click on it at your blog it works...

( not me i don't know how to do it)
anyways after you get that info.
you insert it into your blogs template.

  9. I want to know it now too.

  10. Here's how you do it:

First, you must download one (or both) of the images to your hard drive. Then, you would need to upload them to your webhost.

For the animated gif, here is the code you would add:

    Code:
    <a href="http://stamp-shack.com"><img src="http://yourwebsite.com/AnimatedShack.gif"></a>

Here is the code for the still gif

    Code:
    <a href="http://stamp-shack.com"><img src="http://yourwebsite.com/StampShack.gif"></a>
Replace the 'yourwebsite.com' portion with the exact location/directory in which your image is uploaded.
