Where was Shackapaloosa held?

Since I didn't go this year, I don't remember exactly where it was held.

Would someone fill me in on which state it was in, the name of the town, the hotel etc.? I tried to find it in this thread, but there are too many posts to look through (or I'm too lazy!). Thanks!

Pokagon State Park in Angola, Indiana. We stayed at the Potawatomi Inn.

OK! Thanks--I'm off to google and Mapquest to see how far from Minnesota that is. Why was I thinking it was in Michigan? That must've been something else?

Lidia, it was a 2 hour drive from the Detroit airport -- about 40 minutes from Fort Wayne -- if that helps.

It was incredibly close to the IN/MI state lines, just a few miles.

Oh Lidia l thought it was in Michigan too..l'll have to google and mapquest this too..l think its about a 6 hour drive for me..and thats not to bad..l think l'll have to get a passport to go into the USA..

Lidia it would be about an 8 hour drive for you. About as far as when we went to MOA.
