Creamy Italian Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 C water
1 pkt dry italian salad dressing mix
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1 8oz pkg fat free cream cheese, softened
Place chicken in crockpot. Mix water and salad dressing mix together. Pour on top of chicken. Cook on low for 3 hours. Mix soup and cream cheese together and pour on top of chicken. Cook another hour or until juices run clear.
Serve over rice or noodles if desired.
Makes 4 servings at 6 WW points each (not including your rice or pasta)

I do something kinda similar to this. I take the thawed out chicken breast, put in a pan and pour a bottle of FF zesty italian dressing over the top and bake for about 1 hour. I will have to try with the cream cheese part. I bet that makes it more yummy.

quick question... this recipe sounds delicious i usually buy the frozen chicken breast and cook them frozen. should i cook them longer than 3 hours or defrost them first??? just curious i will make this for sure I LOVE NEW RECIPES
