    They are readily available here in the states. They are refrigerated and the most common brand is "Egg Beaters". Hope you can find some. Real eggs have a lot of points.

    I would use real eggs if I had no "fake" ones......Just getting ready to pop mine in the oven. My printer died so had to come back and get the rest of the instructions.

    if you don't have egg substitute, you could always use just teh egg whites, maybe 1 whole egg mixed with just whites, that keeps the calories & fat down

    I just popped 2 of these in the oven! One with LF cheddar and one with LF italian blend cheese. This has become a go-to for me. I love it for lunch at work. Low points and filling.
