  1. Apple Brickle Dip

One of my co-workers made this for her Pampered Chef party last night.....and she brought in the leftovers for us today too. It is yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/2 c brown sugar
    1/4 c sugar
    1 t vanilla
7 oz bag of toffee bits (heath bits)

Mix together and refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with apple slices.

    YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sounds great! (wonder if fat free cream cheese would work?)

  7. Re: Apple Brickle Dip

I'm sure fat free would be fine - I would use it if it were me!

So how do you keep your apple slices from turing brown? I know lemon juice is one way, but what do you do with it? lol

squirt the lemon juice on your sliced apples. I have heard mountain dew soda works too, though I have not tried it
