    Minestrone--in a crockpot?

This being home every day is getting dangerous--now I'm cooking!! I was going through some recipes and found one for Minestrone soup. I got all the stuff together and began--but don't see to have my "big stock pot" (one of the joys of having children??). Anyway, since I was already started, I put everything in my crockpot--hope it comes out ok--anyone else ever make soup from scratch in a crock pot??

Yes...I've either cooked all day on low, or turn up on high to get it done quicker.

I make soup in the crockpot all the time. It's great that way.

I've never had this kind of soup before. Nathan isn't a big soup fan so I don't make it very often.

It looks like it's fine--so I'll be bringing more than half of it will be going to my dd's tomorrow. mmmmm Thanks for all your encouragement--I still think potatoe chips and a nutrient rich dip would be just as good!! With a diet coke on the side of course!!
