You know those famous words "I Will Never
Have Another Dog or Cat or Pet", well, take a look and see what followed me home yesterday. Yes, I know........when I was all sad and gloomy when Levi disappeared, you all sent me wonderful greetings & sentiments. I can't help it, the little guy needed a home. He didn't actually follow me home, Laura and I went to another town & got him from someone who had posted him on Craig's List and they couldn't keep Buddy. Buddy is his name, he's been neutered, had all of his shots, heartworm meds, didn't cost us anything except the gas to go get him. He has to be the most humble lab I've ever seen. He's very gentle with Harley.

Buddy was either a stray or was just put out at Mr. Skinner's mailbox in the rain. The vet Mr. Skinner uses said he believes him to be about 10 or 11 months old. The vet seems to think Buddy had been abused just by his demeanor. But he won't be abused around here.
Good for you... there are so many cats and dogs needing homes... when I read CraigsList, I want to take them all but with six cats and four dogs, I guess I've reached my limit...
Buddy is precious-what a terrific name for your new little Buddy.
I think Buddy has a good home now with a Mom that has a lot of love to give to him!
