    IAP8--Distress Delight Challenge ***WINNER***

Get your distress supplies out and brighten them up for spring. I've made a video tutorial of this technique that you can watch. Basically, use your lighter or brighter colors to make a distress project with a spring twist. Anything you are inspired to make from this technique is perfect. Here is a link to the video tutorial. Be sure to label your challenge with IAP8 when posting your entry in the gallery. I'm putting together a little prize package of distress goodies to share with one randomly chosen participant. You can enter more than once in this challenge.

Pam (smileycollector) is our randomly chosen winner. Thanks to everyone who played. Each entry was gorgeous.

Wow bright springtime distressing sounds wonderful as I am watching big buckets of snow falling at the moment. Oh I am so ready for spring! Thanks for a great challenge Tami!

Love your video Tami! This is a technique I've never tried. It will be a real challenge for me, but I'll see if I can do it!

Tami--Thanks again for the challenge! I used the technique for this gift card holder.

Here is my card. It was tougher than I expected because I don't have a distressing gadget - so I had to use sand paper instead. By the time I was finished sanding and generally roughing up the edges, that bottom left corner wouldn't lie flat because it was so distressed! Maybe it's time to go shopping again.

I'm glad you posted the tutorial....I would have done it an entirely different way and not the 'right' way, for sure!

I finished my card for this challenge.
    It's in the Gallery here:

This was outside my comfort zone, so it's good to try new things sometimes!
