Great news, Jan. Best of luck. My hubby does those type of background checks all the time, they can take a while depending on what they have to do. Always try to negotiate a higher starting salary if you can. I'm excited for you.

I agree with Tami, if they ask you how much money you want, go higher than the minimum. You are experienced, not a beginner and you are travelling a fair distance too.
