So my boss mentioned that she was going to try to lose 14 lbs. I told her that I could lose some too, and why don't we be weight loss buddies?
I weighed myself for the FIRST time in a DECADE. My guess had been pretty accurate....I need to lose about 23 lbs. So we decided to weigh each Sunday night.
I worked out SO MANY times this past week--sometimes twice a day. I just lost 1 1/2 lbs this week! I was hoping for a pound a week. Let's hope this keeps up!!
