No medicines were sent home. I was hoping they would too but they didn't. She was still a bit "dopey" from the anethesia last night but as it wore off I could see 'discomfort.' Why do doctors always refer to pain as 'discomfort'??

because it's not happening to them! I'm glad she seems to be doing well, poor girl.

So relieved to hear she's hanging in ok this morning, Jennifer. I woke up thinking about her. If she still feels bad, call the doc and ask if there's anything you can give her that's over the counter drug to relieve some of her pain.

If she still seems to be uncomfortable I would call them and ask for a couple of pain pills. When my doggie had his surgery they gave me 5 and I think I only used 2
