0000 I love it. Beats my zip lock bag. $10 is a great price, but I'm not good at pipe cutting. I wonder if Lowes would cut them for me??? You know, like they do wood??

once upon a time i had some wide ribbon rolled onto pvc pipe (the white plastic kind) but hubs cut it all with a hack saw and then sanded the ends i think?)
