    Deviled Eggs

I looked up a recipe and found this little tip...if you put the eggs in water that is already boiling and leave them there for 5 minutes. Then shut off the burner and move the pan to a cool burner and let the eggs sit in the hot water for about 10 minutes. I did this, and it worked like a charm. (I also always pierce the end of each egg with a pin, sometimes twice. Then they tend not to crack.)
