Looking for Cancer Stamp/quote

Several years ago, I saw a stamp in a Lss- a stamp that had a quote about cancer. It started out Cancer is Not..... and was a list of things. Anybody know where I can find that stamp?

I've made several cards with that quote -- I just typed up the poem, picked a font and printed it on cardstock on my printer... Then you can pick the font and the size... and it's free...
