Thread: Round Robin swapping tutorial

  1. Round Robin swapping tutorial

Ok, I think this might work. Please let me know if you can't read them or don't understand them

First, I make name tags for all my swappers. I know this is a little OCD but it helps me stay on track. You could just use the envies but I don’t have enough space for that. I then stack all the swappers ATCs under their name. I remove them from their 9 pocket sleeves and or baggies.

Looks like the same way I do it. I just use the return envelopes as my tag for each person. Or sometimes get out the sticky notes! This should help some people figure it out Suzi! Great job on the pictures.
    Happy Crafting!

Then, I take the first stack of ATCs and, starting w/the SECOND name; pass them all out until they are gone. (ignore that I spelled the first stamper’s name as Suzy & then Suzi. I forgot I wasn’t using “me” as an example. LOL)

Then, I do the same with the 2nd stamper, starting with the THRID pile. Pile one (suzi) has NOTHING, pile two has one & pile three has 2.

Continue with swapper #3, starting with pile #4. Are you getting it????

Continue with all piles until you get the swapper that ends with the last pile on your table…..

With the next swapper (#9 in this case) Start w/the next pile as you’ve done all along but when you finish the piles, go to the TOP of the page & swapper #1 will (finally!) get her first ATC. Continue this way thru the rest of the Swappers. When you are done, EVERYONE will have 8 ATCs in their piles and you can start stuffing them into 9-Pocket sheets or baggies & mail them off. Easy as pie, huh???

If this makes ANY sense, thank my hubby!! LOL

yeah, that's pretty much how I do it, and I think it made a lot of sense- I want to give you kudos for making all those boxes with names in- this tutorial must have taken you forever!

Not really; it was just a matter of copy, paste, move. But, now you see why I didn't want to have to redo it in another format!!!
