Thread: I had a request to remove someone from the shack birthday list

  1. I had a request to remove someone from the shack birthday list

and I am thinking of taking off everyone who hasn't been on the Stamp Shack for 6+ months. What do you think?

I can also add new people, like Dee, I don't think she's on the list (ONLY if you want to be on the list Dee).

You are an exceptional shackretary, and I'm sure whatever you choose to do will be wonderful.

So far, I have gone up to the "I's" and alot of shackies are not even on the shackie member list. So I say if they are not on the shackie list anymore or they haven't posted in 6+ months, I will take them off.

So far, I have 10 A-I I will take off.

I'm not saying to not remove anyone, but isn't it our choice to send or not to send so does it really matter? Sometimes it is nice to still know how to contact someone we have lost touch with. Just saying. I guess it's do you feel like doing the work, otherwise, don't bother.

I like the fact that you are deleting Shackies that have moved on to other things. Just like our craft, we need to purge things that we don't use anymore. You are a top-notch Shackretary doing a wonderful job keeping up-to-date on things around here.

If you wanted to keep everyone on the list, you could put an * next to the name of those that have dropped out. Great job keeping track.

    WOW!
That process is just boggling my mind!
I printed out the address 'booklets' you sent us a year or so ago, so I have all the information we had as of that date. Nothing on new members, though.
I have 3 little booklets....one with actual names in ABC order, one with forum names in ABC order, and one by birthday in order from Jan.-Dec.
I use them all the time.
AGAIN...a boggling of the mind to get those organized!
    KUDOS to you, Sherri!
