how do I renew my shack plus membership?

Hi,

The way paypal works with membership sites is when you setup a subscription it is usually lifetime or whatever interval a site has until canceled. For us at the Shack subscriptions do auto-renew through paypal. If you go ahead and renew manually early that is ok it will not mess anything up. So basically if you do nothing you will get auto-renewed just fine.

In the event for some reason your subscription does not auto-renew... stop, drop, and roll... your membership will still be fine and will just drop to a basic level until it is renewed.

Let me know if you have more questions. Also we do have plans to improve the sign up page and will look at making the manual renewal option easier to find.
