tried a new chicken recipe tonight..it's a keeper! goes like this...
I used chicken breast halves..seasoned them with salt, pepper, and dried oregano, both under the skin and on teh skin. drain a jar of marinated artichoke hearts. place seasoned chicken in baking dish (sprayed with cooking spray) zest 1 lemon over the breast, then slice the lemon. scatter the artichokes, lemon slices and 4 cloves of garlic around the chicken. I baked mine at 400 for an hour..yummy and my house smells amazing
