Yes, mine is still breaking up too. This is how every video previously played on my computer til last month when I finally was able to upgrade....needless to say I didn't watch many videos. But I did learn I could click on the play/pause button across the bottom on the video and let it buffer for a while. I would then play again by hitting the arrow and it would be fine until it got to where the buffering stopped. If you buffer entirely to the end U-tube videos usually it starts all over again. Other videos sometimes you can pull the buffer back to where you started buffer and play. Good luck!
