    Request for cards...

A young man who is the son of a former co-worker received a bilateral lung transplant last night. He is doing well.
There is a card campaign request for him for when he is able to enjoy them.
If you would like to send him a get well/thinking of you card, please do so. Just mention that you know me, so he will know where they are coming from.
    His address:
    Ryan Pickering
    7595 Baymeadow Circle W.
    Apt. 1705
    Jacksonville, FL 32256

To learn more about Ryan, go to Face Book and look at his wall for Lungs 4 Laughter.
Thanks if you choose to do this. HUGS

I can't say that I know him personally. I'd say anything happy and uplifting would be great.
I understand that he is a wonderful guy with a great sense of humor. I think his main interest lately has been to survive long enough for the transplant!
Poor guy. The family is very strong, so that must be a great help.
    Thanks, girls.

Thanks, Jan. I guess I have been reading only the more recent posts as I was recently aware of the troubles he has been enduring.
