How do I update my profile?

I would like to update my preferences but it seems to be locked, even thought I click on where it says update...???

Hi Patty, this is what I do.
Click on "My profile" right at the top of this page next to notifications.
On the right hand section of my profile page I can see a green "about me" tab, and under that "Basic information". Next to each section e.g.name, swap info, stamping profile etc I can see a small yellow pencil icon. Click the pencil in the section you want to edit. make the changes then click the "save" button.
