I was visiting with my neighbor this weekend when she was in town for Father's Day. I didn't know she works for Michael's in their corporate office. The subject of their customer service came up and I was honest and told her there are a lot of people on the crafting message boards who are unhappy with their stores and service. Sadly, she was aware of this and the best thing to do to get a result is to call their customer service number. It is located at the corporate offices and usually(I say usually) get satisfaction for the customers quickly.
She also said that leaving a message on Twitter or their corporate FB page is a good idea as well since those are seen by many people and they don't want the bad PR.
