Description: this is the bottom layer of the Quickutz butterfly run through the bug with the "Emily's bouquet" folder. the top layer of this particular die does not want to cut for me and so i have just had this laying on the table and thought hmmm,(was actually going to toss this in the scrap pile because the left top corner was nicked (cut it from scraps didnt see it wasnt all the way in the cut hole) that is the irritating thing about them, once you get use to using those open hole Nestibility dies these closed ones are like hmph. (plus most of the ones i have dont cut cardstock well either) The Hero Arts Silhouette grass is stamped with both Toffee and Spanish Moss versafine on Neenah. the velvet is unknown, the sentiments from that new su set punched with the matching punch. the green cardbase is Paper trey ink Spring Moss. This is almost 5X7 in real life.

Kraft Santa

Description: This PeddlersPack Santa face background was stamped with Memento on Kraft (colored slightly) with Prisma Pencils and cut out with Friskars mini pinking deco scissors, the green (cheap thin cs scrap) was run through an Cuttlebug Mistletoe Kisses folder and the brown texture cs is from Bazzill. used an mcgill ribbon slot punch to add the ribbon. funny thing about that ribbon, its been sitting on my desk since i took it off a package that Jan mailed me, I suspect its from May Arts but, I have never come across it forsale. so there is still a piece large enough for another card still on the table... Funny what we save, eh? The cardbase is Kraft and measures 5X7 in real life. this makes hmmm maybe #3 for Feb's challenge i think. tfl

Pink Angel

Description: This is an PIF image from Sammysue1975 (at scs) colored with prisma pencils, and die cut with petite oval dies, the sentiments from Gina K (make a wish) and its been color dusted with antique linen distress ink then the edges have some creamy brown fluid chalk ink. the scallop oval pp is from My Minds Eye, the floral pp is from Melissa Francis, the Stripe pp is from The paper Co. the mat cs is from Colormates Medium Mostly Mauve the tag was die cut with an Sizzix Super Traditional tag, then i whacked the top off to make it a flat top tag in the paper trimmer. (this made it fit the card) the textured cardbase is Bazzill. the button is in a jar with a lot of vintage ones so, not sure if its something from Joann's or vintage, there is some Tan Karen Foster scrappers floss tied through the holes. the Lace is vintage, this is 5X7 in real life. tfl

Pink Asian Spring

Description: This plum Blossom folder is one from the cuttlebug Asian set, its done with Neenah classic cream. the SU oriental paintings image i received through wish rak (at scs) it's colored a bit with pencils then the outside of the frame is pencils also, die cut with an Mega Curvy Rectangle die. the Hero Arts thinking tag is stamped with Stampa Rosa Fresco Chalk Ink Florentine Rose. the yellow is pencil on the parts that were embossed. the Big huge brad is from Creative Imaginations, and no i could not get that one to flatten with my crop-o-dile... whacked it about a dozen times with a hammer (didn't make a dent) hauled all my tools to where Tim was and had him tap it a couple of times... its not completely flat even now so there are thick pop dots under it. The cardbase is Paper Trey Ink Sweet Blush. the ribbons unknown. this one measures about 5 X 6 3/4" in real life.

Description: hee hee thought this was supposed to be a dinosaur fish or something when i picked up this stamp, but its real name is "boarfish" from Fred B Mullett stamps. this is on some sahara sand Cardstock colored with prisma pencils and gellyroll glaze pen. (on the fins) seaweed stamps are the Impression Obsession "plant group 2", Stampscapes "prickly Branches", and an all night media seaweed that is not marked with a name on it. the green pp is from My minds eye, and the green textured cs is from Bazzill. no sentiment on this one, figured i would add something when i needed to mail it away.

Description: another "big bucks" lol IE Price less card: StampScapes stamps are: leafless limbs lg, ducks in formation, oak tree med, prickly branches, cloud (cumulus), Cloud Bar, Tall Grasses sm, Buck, Water Grass. Sentiments from the SU set "all holidays" (i think) Ink's are: Memento Rich Cocoa, London Fog, Dessert Sand, Bamboo Leaves, Tea Dye and Weathered wood distress inks. Neenah Classic Cream 80# cardstock, Creamy Carmel and Blue Bayou cardstocks, the dk textured brown cs is from Bazzill, the printed paper is from Dianesdaughters. the green glass dots are "water" dewdrops, there are pop dots under the skinny scene panel, the ribbons from May Arts. there is a bit of sewing thread and also some SU Stampin pastels (what they call chalks) on the images too... this is A-6 in real life.

Description: just another simple one ( that seems to be all i do card wise anymore) but, i was lucky enough to take part in an group buy from High hopes before they stopped selling to just regular people. (took forever to get the rubber) but, this is one of the first ones i have done something with. i "think" her name is Andrea's Kittens. shes stamped with memento on neenah and colored with prisma pencils, some basic grey pp, may arts ribbon. the edges have been touched with colorbox fluid chalk ink in creamy brown... sentiments from A Muse and punched with an SU word window punchie. tfl.

Description: My shes not really a secretary (she answers my phone at work) friend June's husband is having a surgery next week. (and although i have mildly corrupted her into becoming a stamper) Im sure she has not been stamping lately but, ive been thinking about her alot and thought oh maybe she could use a card for him... anyways i placed my very first woj order around thanksgiving and i had the stamps in less then a week WOW! Ive wanted this melinda blowing kisses for a long time, the sentiments are from SU, the pp is from basic grey and i dont remember who makes the ribbon or brads. tfl

Ink Pad storage (on wall)

Description: its funny to me to see this album and see what it looked like what seems like a long time ago, had to move these ink pads off the desk and re-arrange some things so am putting in a few more (what it looks like now ) photos... this is an napa valley cassette music tape holder screwed to the wall. it will fit standard pads and those over sized su pads but not the curved pads or the really deep ones like some of the colorbox full sized pads.

Card spinner rack (before crop view)

Description: so, these rods holding the cards also spin and so that makes the cards catch on each other and then the entire rack spins also. I'm planning on having DH put in cotter pins to keep the rods from spinning, but they would be removable incase i ever wanted them to spin.

Description: this was 40.00 and is adjustable. Ive had hubs tinker with it a bit and removed some of the hanger/ledges so that i can do some larger then A-6 cards onto it. ( will shoot another one when the booth is set up tonight )

Slimming Chocolates (gift tags)

Description: just messing around, i don't do much in the way of altered things very often. but these were fun. all of the pp (except the red check) is Basic Grey, the tags were cut with nestibility dies. (curved rectangles and scalloped rectangles) slimming chocolate sentiments from Inkadinkado, the worthwhile chocolate sentiments from Limited Editions, the Enjoy is from Hero Arts. these were stamped with Distress Inks (fired brick) brackets are die cuts from Quickutz. various ribbons. found you have to make these fit the bars though you cant just make wrappers and then go buy bars there are just so many size variations of chocolate.

Description: This is 4 1/2 X6 inches in real life, the Daisy Swing (hedgehog) was diecut with nestibilities Petite Ovals (funny thing these are larger then the classic ovals YAY!) its colored with prisma pencils with some opal (Liquid Pearls) in the centers of the daisy's. this whole panel is up on pop dots. the vine pp is from K&Co. the yellow picot ribbon is from Making Memories the green loopy (ribbon) is from May Arts, the green sheer ribbon is unknown.

Description: this is just a messing around card, used the grass stamp from su inspired by nature with always artichoke ink on river rock cardstock, then ran a scrap of that cs through the bird in the grass (dont know its name) cuttlebug folder, cut that out, and inked the embossing with artichoke ink, then painted the bird with Shimmerz paint. the cuttlebug embossed part is up on pop dots. tfl.

Description: The background stamp is from Judi-kins and the rubbernecker birch trees in a circle are both stamped with black ink. the circle was colored with prisma pencils then cut out and layered to the background image. sentiments from SU all holidays. this is 5 X 7 inches in real life. cardbase is Sahara sand. tfl

Description: my husbands parents had their 49th anniversary last friday and this is the card i made for them (5X7) the house mouse (tails of true love) is so sweet (from a trade on another board) and colored with pencils the sentiments from Paper Inspirations. the mellow moss frame was cut with a sizzix red rectangle die. the lace and big heart brad are unknown. tfl.

Description: PSX wreath and denami designs sentiment are stamped on very vanilla with India Inkblack. wreath is colored with prisma pencils. the really rust cardstock has the su linen background stamped on it with vintage sepia versafine ink. the ribbons (American crafts?) this was tied from two pieces of ribbon. the bottom piece is slightly longer then the width then you start to tie a knot in the center of it and before you pull it tight, tuck a smaller piece of ribbon through the knot hole. the pull the left side of the knot a little tighter then the right adjusting as you go along. ( someone linked us to a tutorial on someone's blog a few months ago, but i cannot tell you who or where anymore) and the card base is certainly celery... tfl.

Description: this PSX Fairy is one i got from Becky's recent sale... I am totally loving coloring her, I did shoot some angles where you can see the bling on the wings (but will stick them on the blog later) its mostly colored with prisma pencils (skin is a marker) and the bling is a stardust gelly roll pen. the image is punched with the largest scallop nestibility die and the sentiments from the SU set (dreams and dragons) its up on pop dots, the floral ribbon is May Arts, the lace is hemming lace from wrights the textured cardstocks are bazzill and this is 4 1/2 X 6 inches in real life. tfl.

Description: Chair template can be downloaded in the templates section. Mine is SU Kraft cardstock overstamped with an Hampton Arts antique texture in versafine vintage sepia ink. the row of potted herbs are from the su set sweet herbs ( this is a partial of the stamp its done in same ink then colored with Bic markit markers. the Hat is from Stampendous (Audrey's Hat) and done in verafine satin red on a scrap of Papertrey inks spring moss.. thanks for looking and thanks for having us its been a blast!
