Ink Pad storage (on wall)

Description: its funny to me to see this album and see what it looked like what seems like a long time ago, had to move these ink pads off the desk and re-arrange some things so am putting in a few more (what it looks like now ) photos... this is an napa valley cassette music tape holder screwed to the wall. it will fit standard pads and those over sized su pads but not the curved pads or the really deep ones like some of the colorbox full sized pads.

Card spinner rack (before crop view)

Description: so, these rods holding the cards also spin and so that makes the cards catch on each other and then the entire rack spins also. I'm planning on having DH put in cotter pins to keep the rods from spinning, but they would be removable incase i ever wanted them to spin.

Description: this was 40.00 and is adjustable. Ive had hubs tinker with it a bit and removed some of the hanger/ledges so that i can do some larger then A-6 cards onto it. ( will shoot another one when the booth is set up tonight )

Hand held Punches book Inside

Description: this i keep this on my desk unless i am going shopping. its an idea i seen my SU demo use at her parties (to show if an stamped image will fit inside a certain type of su punch) when i made mine i made the pages 4 1/2 x 6 or 6 1/2 inches so that i could have negative holes and pages with even the largest punches i own not just one brand. this does fit in my purse when i have the urge to go shopping and cuts down on duplicate purchases also. have added a few more categories as time goes on. tfl.

Description: if you've noticed something about me i have a thing for Basic grey and pink... lol this is just plain chipboard covered with that paper. and held together with a book ring. this fits in my purse.

Description: this tin originally held all my stamped images but, has since been out grown. so, now it holds colored images, cuttlebuged quarters, some sentiments. ( things i will use next more or less)

file tab labels on 8.5X11 cardstock

Description: this is all 8.5X11 inch cardstock, its upright in between rubbermaid paper trays that have been epoxied together on a shelf. the dividers are plain page protectors with Georgia pacific 110 cardstock in the middles and the tabs were made with the SU punch. (tossed all packaging materials)

Stamped Images

Description: these are images from swaps and trades (not colored yet) this is box one of two... ( these are stationary boxes so a little larger then the photo organizing boxes you can get at craft stores but similar idea.) the dividers were picked up at staples (100 packs) the labels are Avery. so this is 7 1/2" wide on the inside i had to trim the dividers and when i receive stamped images on one third sized card stock i have to trim those also to put them into the box.

Description: This is one of (two) green fibers and ribbons boxes. ( greens my fav) some colors share a box such as purple and burgundy are colors i don't have a lot of so... it works out in the end. I toss the cardboard spools of ribbon and wind them on these wood clothes pins ( dollar tree) and they are secured with sequin pins ( short ones) this way all the ribbons are stored the same ( by the yard or by the spool )

Description: this is more wooden stamp storage, these are Iris brand project cases. You can find these at staples or office depot. ( I bought mine when the store here had them on clearance for 1.50) but, now they still sell them online but, they cost more (doesn't everything?)

Description: This i found at a yard sale last summer full of music cassette tapes for 1.00 I buy blank empty cassette style ink pads from Blockhead stamps and then buy re-inkers of the SU in colors i like and then they fit into here too. ( I don't like those new style pads and only kept 3 of them (because they are craft ink ones) :) this will hold 100 pads

Description: This is pretty much what it looks like but, i have reversed the tables and the smaller one is now next to the bakers rack of stamps and the longer one set to counter height is where you see the side of the scrap rack. so this is an old photo but, it gives you an idea. This is one corner of an 500 sq foot bonus room over a detached garage. so, the rest of the room has camo drapes and fish mounted on the walls and stuff like that. one end has TV and video games and our sons toys. so its a shared hobby room

Description: these are older photos, I re-arranged my space a bit and have not shot new ones since... ( maybe this weekend) This is the back side view of the altered bakers rack (when it was first done) I bought this from a neighbors yard sale for 5.00 and my husband added more shelves to it and removed all the screws holding it together and totally welded it to be strong and the supplies and black spray paint costed about 25.00 more dollars and a few hours labor.

Description: this is what i have going on to remember what i have. and i also have pages for my punchies (arranged by size) and Die cuts and embossing folders and all that fun stuff too. pages with lists for glitters, alcohol inks, metallic rubons I used to take this with me on road trips and leave it in the car so if i didn't know if i needed that re-inker or not id go out to the car and get it... but now i make shopping lists ahead of time... hth,

Snap shots of my Index Book

Description: this is what i have going on to remember what i have. I keep this book in the house. because, I do most my shopping on line anymore. there are pages for ink pad samples (the fronts are stamped with leaf stamp and the color name is written on the top right corner in black ink pen, the back has the inks info (mfg, type of ink, color name etc. if it has a red star on the back i own the re-inker bottle for it) These are all the same exact white textured card stock for each ink pad (including cats eyes)They measure i think 2X2 if i remember right and they are inside of slide mount page protectors i bought in a camera shop. this size page protector will also hold i think QK dies if i remember right. I know the baseball card size pages will hold the Sizzlits plastic slim dies. I stamped the edge of them all with a leaf stamp, dragged the pad around the edge then color dusted some of the ink over the top of the cardstock. so, it gives an idea of what the ink looks like doing different things. the labels on the edges are on the outside of the page protector they are one inch wide (think they are from Avery?) at any rate i bought them at staples. they are self adhesive. I used a computer font to write what i wanted to be on the inside of the labels then just cut them up and slid them between inside. instead of using the printable things they come with. then if i want to change a category i can.

Snap shots of my Index Book

Description: This is a random image page shot, i stamp the images on printer paper usually and then with black ink pen write the mfg and or the date and sometimes if its part of a set the set name under the image. because i do not store my stamps in sets, I have them broken into category's where my brain will look for them. Like flowers that are two step flowers or bold flowers or small flowers or you know i think i have 5 pages of flower stamps images... so, this book does not tell me where the stamps are hiding it just shows me what i own. (I have a bunch of photos at peas in an album labeled Stacy's playroom and it shows the stamps storage)~ which all of it is plastic and i write on the containers with a slick writer on what ever edge sticks out facing the room whats in that box. so if its Halloween or thank-you stamps. If i need to re-organize a case or rename it i just wipe off the writing with a q-tip soaked in rubbing alcohol. then write the new category name on the case. I dont keep them in the sets they come in and i also do not keep the packaging for anything. (so i actually sell my su boxes (that the stamps come in) on that auction site when i get a pile of them a couple times a year and then use the $ for new stamps.) hth,

12X12 Paper and CS

Description: I had those "target" cubes (only there is no target here so they were stainless steel colored kinds from Walmart) and they were about 2 feet tall and after a while one of the sides started to "collapse". So my husband build this "tower" and used the target cube pieces as removable pull out shelves. its over 6 feet tall. so i have it go bottom shelf is orange cardstock then next shelf up from that is shades of orange printed papers. i have them inside those clear 12x12 not sure what they are called but made by generations envelope things with the flaps tucked inside of them.
