Description: made for a pharmacy student to give to the drug store where she did a work program. It Is a perscription for lots of thank yous.. Inside I stamped Thank you with all my different thank you stamps Whitecoat is a sticker. I have had it or awhileso I do't remember where I got it . IT looks like it is a joyleee. I maded a little scrap book efew years adago after she had passed away. Only one I ever did.She was a nurse , so I had this one left over touse now.
