Hi Everyone,

I think there is but I'm not sure...

Is there a website that tells you things that happened in a particular year? I need some facts for my sister's birthday. If you know of a site, could you please post it? Thanks in Advance. Hugs, Heather:question:

Here's the link to one site that is geared towards Bloggers, but you can gather the facts from it: http://www.blogthings.com/whathappenedtheyearyouwerebornquiz/

A few years ago I had worked on a book of me and I had a great site, but I can't remember what it was called. It gave the price of bread back then and everything. I'll see if I can find it.

I googled "what happened year you were born" and came up with this one. There are others also.

I'm subbing to this thread-I want to do a scrapbook page for Gavin's book and could use that info! I did one for the year we got married and found so many cool facts out there in cyber space, but don't remember where :)

There is a time capsule on dmarie.com It is really neat...it shows how much a loaf of bread cost, how much a car cost, average cost of a home, hourly wage, political facts....best movie and song. I love that site.
