DH has lost 7 pounds, I have lost 6. Most of the food is quite palatable. I wouldn't order it in a restaurant, but we've been able to eat it! :laugh:
We've eaten a ton of produce -- watermelon, cantelope, blueberries, cherries and cucumbers -- YUM! The only thing I've "cheated" on is eating more fruit than they ask for -- but compared to what I was eating a week ago -- I have to believe this is a major improvement!
It hasn't been that tough. When the food is only okay, you stop thinking about food!:biglaugh:
