Debbie, your journal is absolutely amazing. What an incredibly thoughtful gift. I'm sure this will become a family heirloom. I am going to keep this wonderful idea in the back of my head -- hope I NEVER need to make one like this for anyone -- but if I do -- I would be honored to scraplift your idea. You are a very special person.

Debbie... this such a wonderful journal. I wish I had thought of doing something like that for my BIL. His wife lost her short battle with Renal cancer on 01/01/2007. The youngest daughter, Kimmy (17) read that poem at the funeral service. I too lost my dad to Pancreatic and Liver cancer... I guess I can still work on something!!! It is very touching... I love it!

It really touched my heart. Almost all our family losses have been to cancer. What a beautiful keepsake.
