How do you get this circle?

I saw this pretty card on another site and I was wondering if this circle is a punch. I have the giga scalloped circle but this doesn't look like that. Does anyone know?

Sure looks like the giga circle to me, Ellie. I think it looks a little different because of the design in the paper.

Marvy also has the Super Large punches, but I think this just looks different because of the DP. Looks like it is lacey to me.

It looks like a big scallop punch, but I think it just looks super big because I believe this is a 'coaster' cover--so it's a smaller size surface than a regular card.

I have to agree, it looks like a regular scallop punch and the patterned paper design gives it a lacy look. ;)
