Spice cake with pumpkin pie spice flavored buttercream filling and icing. :P

Erin - You should be extremely proud of yourself. The cake looks awesome. From the pics it looks symetrical and clean. Great job. Take lots of pictures.

If you really love it consider taking the class... EVERYONE's cake was this good. I mean they used different colors and stuff, but they all turned out great. One girl did dark chocolate icing for the part that is white on mine, it was amazing. The other girl had bolder colors. It was really neat too.

Anyhow you'd all do great because you all know color and I think that's what makes a difference. They teach you how to do everything else.

I took cake decorating classes years ago, and mine NEVER looked so good! That is beautiful. You should consider selling them!

That is BEAUTIFUL!!!!! I want to take those classes so bad, I am feeling a little intimidated looking at your cakes. So what's next do you take over the teaching? Seems like you have mastered it all! BTW My birthday is in March and I love chocolate cake with buttercream frosting hint hint hint... THink it would ship well... ha haha

I have to say...I have the MOST AMAZING TWIN!!! THat is one bueatiful cake...we could never live close...I would weigh at least 100# more than I do! LOL
