OK-not exactly a slimming recipe, but every little bit helps I guess.
anyway, take any cake mix and add just one can of diet soda, mix and bake like normal. If you portion your cake out (like cupcakes) into 24 servings, each serving is one point. I like to top mine with sugar free cool whip which is 0 points. yummy I love the chocolate cake with diet coke and my sister likes lemon cake with Fresca. The only thing with this recipe is that the cake is super moist-almost too moist, but still good.

Sorry I'm slow, do I still use the oil and eggs and all, or just the mix from the box and the soda?

Nope-just the mix and the soda. (it took me hearing it a few times to understand too ;) )

Wow, thanks Becky. This recipe sounds super easy and delicious. I'm going to have to try it too. I think I'd like the chocolate cake with diet coke too.

You can also mix 2 egg whites (I think) with this and it makes it a little more fluffy and not as moist.

My mom makes cake like this, she likes to use the diet dr. pepper with vanilla and berries! She says it's great! It's good for people who are diabetic, like my mom is.
