ISO: Hot chocolate packet card

A while back I saw in a magazine...a wonderful card that held a packet of hot chocolate...I bought 2 boxes of hot chocolate, and have gone through every magazine and can't find it. Maybe I didn't buy it?? Does anyone remember seeing this? Please let me know if you do...I wanted to make cards for my team at work, they have all been re-assigned to new managers in order for me to take on a new team. Wanted to give them each a "warm" wishes card.

I don't know what magazine and didn't see it, but i was just going to say how easy it is it make some up on your own. I just hosted a hot chocolate packet holder swap and I'm sure there are some ideas in the gallery. Good luck!
