Getting ready to drive 650 miles south tomorrow

and I think I am just about all packed up. I am taking so many stamping supplies but you never know what you may need and I always seem to forget something so I am taking a huge bag with me this time. I have no idea if I will have time to do any of it but I will have it just in case. I am taking 3 books with me to read too. 2 of my friends will be out of town while I am there so I wont' be able to see them. 3 more of my friends are there and we are planning lunch out for lobster bisque. Yum Yum!!

I'm sure I will be back on later. Tonight is our fried shrimp night for $3.99 each so we are going to do that. So no cooking for me till we return!! YAHOO.

We will come back either Mon or Tues of next week so it won't be too long. I will have my DH's iphone but you know I can't type long messages so they will be short and sweet. LOL I just take so long to type on that iphone that i get frustrated. So I will most likely be lurking and typing short :)

I can even check the Stamp Shack while we're driving down the highway. I love that part of the iphone. 10 hours of uninterrupted Stamp Shack. WOW!! LOL

Have a wonderful time & DRIVE SAFELY!! In the next week or two, dh will be getting a intenet connection device thingie (love the technical jargon, dontcha?) that plugs into the computer & you don't need phone or wireless connection. Anyway, dd is soooo looking forward to it 'cause then she can surf the net from her laptop while we're on the road. If he gets it before we go to Des Moines, I'll have to play with it too!

Have a safe trip. 650 miles sounds like a lot but when we drive to FL it's 985 miles! Last time I drove was with my sister and my niece and nephew. It was torture. Evan rode down with us and flew home - yup it was that bad! I vowed the next time I drive to FL will be when we're retired and we're moving to FL for good!
