1 can of blueberries, drained (find them in the fruit aisle); (NOT pie filling)
1 8 ounce can of crushed pineapple
2 3 ounce packages of either grape or blackberry jello
3 cups boiling water
1 8 oz. container of sour cream
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
1/3 cup sugar

Mix jello with boiling water and stir until dissolved. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Add crushed pineapple and drained blueberries. Pour into a 13X9 dish and chill in the refrigerator until the jello is firm.

While jello is being chilled, stir the cream cheese and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add the sour cream and mix well. Cover and chill until ready to spread on top of the jello.

Enjoy :D

I haven't made this in a while, but it has been a family favorite! You can really use any kind of jello.

Cindi, you can probably use sugar free jello, fat free sour cream, fat free cream cheese, but I've never used splenda, so I don't know how much of that would be comparable to the taste of 1/3 cup of sugar.
