How fun to see everyone! Brought back fond memories of the MOA gathering!

I printed off the picture and was just showing it to my Mom. As I was doing this, I realized that it was fortunate that I DIDN'T go to Shackapaloosa because I might've had to come right back or cancel at the last minute.

My Mom's had alot of pain this week and on Friday morning she called me at 6:00 crying because she was in so much pain. I went over there with a heating pad, and did some massage too and was able to help her somewhat. Also got some breakfast into her so she could take her meds and pain medicine.

We took her to the Doctor later that day and he thinks she has a condition called POLYMYALGIA RHEUMATICA. He prescibed Presnisone (steroid) and she's been feeling better--but she's staying at our house for awhile. Otherwise she's been living alone since my Dad died last year, even tho she's 90! It takes both my DH and I to turn her in bed and make her comfortable--but she's doing better and can walk around with her walker.

Sorry to hog a happy post with my news, but I just realized that I would have had to change plans to help her out instead of going to Shakapaloosa. Now I can read about all your fun and enjoy Inkapalooza--while being here to take care of my Mom! It all worked out for the best.

What georgeous and happy smiling faces, but then who wouldn't be on a stamping holiday with lots of like minded friends.

I am just very pleased that Jan (far north) organised the Ink-a -palooza challenges for us. I am sure I would have had a really depression after seeing this wonderful photograph, and then knowing how much you all must be enjoying yourselves.

Continue to have a great time, we miss you all and do wish we too had been there.
