On such a hot day, being hit by a water balloon by Lidia (Midweststamper), was awesome. Thanks for the soaking Lidia. You might want to duck when you're hit by a return volley;) This is my first soaking ever, and I was thrilled.

Nancy, a while back this summer a RAK for Water Balloon ATCs was started, so it's just kind of making the rounds during the summer. Joanne/tojoco sent one to me--then I sent to 9 others.
