Well I never posted until after the fact so I wouldn't jinx the application and I never got the job so I'm going to tell you all about the job this time and hope that this is the one!
The job title is Member Services Specialist at Lifetime Fitness Center. It's a part-time position (20-30 hours a week). The main responsibilities (among others) are to greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner; attentively respond to member needs; initiate, develop and maintain positive relationships with all members and guests; enter sales transactions at POS including programs, service and product payments; schedule members for programs and services; respond to questions and messages regarding member's accounts; process member paperwork, including address changes, member cancellations, new members, electronic funds transfers and payments; keep abreast of current club activities and maintain the club calendar.
This all sounds exciting to me as I've gotten to know most of the members and staff at Lifetime because I'm there every day working out. I was told about the job by one of the department heads before it was even posted so hopefully they see potential in me.
Please keep your fingers and toes crossed that I at least get called in for an interview so I could sell myself. TIA:jiggy::jiggy::jiggy:
