I'll let you use that for the swap, on one condition. You have to make them first, and let us know how they are!

That's too funny! I'm planning on making them soon. I bought cream cheese, the last time I went grocery shipping. I wished I could smell them baking thru the computer!

Lori,

Question for you. I just looked at the recipe. The recipe calls for 1 pound of cream cheese. How many blocks of cream cheese did you use? Also , the recipe calls for unsweetened chocolate. Did you use the kind that you get at the market. I think it's called Bakers.

1 pound would be just shy of 2 bricks, when I make it i'm just gonna use the 2 bricks..hopefully today after i go to teh store.

I used the whole 2 bricks. I bought unsweetened chocalate, split into wrapped one ounce bars. Just popped out 6 of them.

Thanks! That is what I thought about the unsweetened chocolate. Now I have to see if I have enough unsweetened chocolate.
